1. التعريفات

• الموقع: يقصد به موقع hanoot.shop وكافة صفحاته وخدماته.

• نحن / لنا: تشير إلى إدارة وتشغيل موقع hanoot.shop.

• العميل / المستخدم: أي شخص يقوم بزيارة الموقع أو استخدامه أو الشراء من خلاله.

• المنتجات: الملابس الجاهزة المعروضة للبيع على الموقع.

2. القبول بالشروط

باستخدامك لهذا الموقع أو إتمامك لأي عملية شراء، فإنك تقرّ بموافقتك الكاملة وغير المشروطة على جميع الشروط والأحكام الواردة في هذه الصفحة، وفي حال عدم الموافقة يرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.

3. شروط الاستخدام العامة

• نحرص على دقة الصور والألوان، إلا أن اختلاف الإضاءة أو الشاشات قد يؤدي إلى فروقات بسيطة.

• الأسعار معروضة بالعملة المحددة في الموقع وتشمل أو لا تشمل الضرائب حسب ما هو موضح عند الدفع.

• يحق لنا تعديل الأسعار أو إيقاف أي منتج دون إشعار مسبق.

5. الدفع الإلكتروني

• قريبا سوف يدعم الموقع الدفع الإلكتروني عبر:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

• جميع عمليات الدفع تتم عبر بوابات دفع إلكترونية آمنة ومعتمدة.

• نحن لا نحتفظ ببيانات البطاقات البنكية أو أرقامها.

• في حال فشل عملية الدفع، لا يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا.

6. تأكيد الطلب

• بعد إتمام الدفع بنجاح، يتلقى العميل إشعارًا بتأكيد الطلب عبر الوسيلة المتاحة.

• يحق لنا إلغاء الطلب في حال وجود خطأ تقني أو اشتباه بعملية احتيال، مع إعادة المبلغ المدفوع.

7. التوصيل والشحن

• مدة التوصيل: يوم عمل واحد داخل النطاق الجغرافي المحدد.

• تبدأ مدة التوصيل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب والدفع.

• في حالات نادرة (ظروف قاهرة، أحوال جوية، أعطال لوجستية) قد يحدث تأخير بسيط.

• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال عنوان صحيح وكامل.

8. سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نحرص على رضا عملائنا، لذلك نضع السياسة التالية:

الاسترجاع:

• يمكن طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يشترط أن يكون المنتج:

  • غير مستخدم

  • بحالته الأصلية

  • مع التغليف والبطاقات الأصلية

• لا يتم استرجاع:

  • الملابس التي تم ارتداؤها

  • المنتجات المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام

• يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال مدة زمنية تحددها الجهة البنكية.

الاستبدال:

• متاح خلال 5 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• الاستبدال يكون حسب توفر المقاس أو اللون.

• يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حال لم يكن الخطأ من الموقع.

9. الإلغاء

• يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه.

• في حال شحن الطلب، تطبق سياسة الاسترجاع المذكورة أعلاه.

10. المسؤولية القانونية

• لا يتحمل الموقع أي مسؤولية عن:

  • استخدام غير صحيح للمنتجات

  • أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية

• مسؤوليتنا تقتصر على قيمة المنتج المدفوع فقط.

11. الملكية الفكرية
